PA: Former Genesee EMS official accused of stealing $93,000 from volunteer department

Pennsylvania State Police Tuesday morning arrested Scott Andrew Luce, 35, of  Genesee. He was charged with 128 felony and misdemeanor counts. He was remanded to Potter County Jail on $100,000 bail.
