Superintendent David Foster is proud to announce that Diane Willard, a Wellsville Secondary Science Teacher, has completed a 4-year program working to receive the Master Teacher distinction. The Master Teacher designation is through the New York State Education Department.
This is a highly selective program that required content area testing, panel interview, and a demo lesson simply to be admitted into the program. Diane has been working with science colleagues from various areas of New York State in a cohort conducted at Buffalo State College. The Master Teacher distinction is only held by two other teachers in our region. We are certainly proud of her efforts and this accomplishment.
