Joanne M. Elliott, 82, of Wellsville, NY, died Monday, June
24, 2019 in Manor Hills, Wellsville. Born September 27, 1936, in Wellsville,
she was the daughter of Lewellyn and Rosemond Clark Stuck. On August 28, 1970,
in Stannards, she married Joseph C. Elliott, who predeceased her on July 19,
1992. A 1955 graduate of Bradford High School, she was employed by the Texas
Hot for many years. Joanne loved to crochet, knit, crafting, and attend church.
She cherished her children and grandchildren. Surviving are: three children,
William (Deborah) Ackley, Cathy (Steve) Emerson, and Sue (Rick) Shutt, all of
Wellsville; several step-children; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren;
a brother, Lester (Rita Pias) Stuck of Duke Center, PA; nieces and nephews. In
addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a daughter,
Rosemond Taylor in 2007; and two brothers, Lee Stuck and Roland Stuck. Friends
may call at Mulholland-Crowell Funeral Home, Wellsville on Friday, June 28,
2019 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Burial will be
in Forest Hills Cemetery, Belmont.
