6/22/19 1am- After investigating a one-vehicle crash on East River Road in the Town of Olean, Deputies arrested Tye Learn, 22, of Jader Run Road in Shinglehouse. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and will appear in Town of Olean court at a later date. State Police assisted.
6/20/19 6am- Deputies arrested Samantha Lilley, 34, of McKinstry Road in Yorkshire. After and investigation conducted by the sheriff's office and Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Foce, Lilley was charged with third-degree felony burglary, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was arraigned and bail was set at $7,500.
