NEW UPDATE HERE! details from criminal complaint.
Pennsylvania State Police Tuesday morning arrested Scott Andrew Luce, 35, of  Genesee. He was charged with 128 felony and misdemeanor counts. Those counts are listed below. At 9 a.m. he was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Kari McCleaft who remanded him to Potter County Jail. She set bail at $100,000. A preliminary hearing was set for July 3rd. Wellsville Regional News (WRN) called Coudersport-based troopers and asked to speak with the station commander regarding the arrest. The dispatcher said "well, if the media was supposed to know then we would have sent out a press release." WRN again asked if a station commander was available and we were told "no." WRN then reached out to Potter County District Attorney Andy Watson, but he was unavailable.
In 2017 Luce avoided jail time in Allegany County when he was charged with stealing from the Independence Emergency Squad. A judge ordered him to make $11,969,94 in restitution.
