Born in Hornell, February 25, 1955, the son of George and Peggy Stewart Willey, he had resided in this area all his life. Bill was a graduate of Hornell High School and had been employed as a truck driver, most recently for TRL Trucking out of Scranton, PA.
He was predeceased by his parents, and his sister; Pamela Smith.
He is survived by his wife; Bonnie Jackson Willey of Canisteo, his sister, Penny Beyea of Arizona, his brother, George Willey of Canisteo, his step-daughters; Delores Simpson of Hornell, and Stacey Kull of PA., 8 step-grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
