WELLSVILLE – Brenda D. Haugh, 60, passed away Friday (April
5, 2019) at Wellsville Manor Care Center following a lengthy illness.
Brenda was born on Nov. 16, 1958 in Penn Yan to James R. and
Winifred B. (Brown) Haugh. She was a 1976 graduate of Andover Central School.
Brenda provided care and much needed companionship for her
mother in her declining years.
Brenda is survived by two brothers, James E. (Judy) Haugh of
Albuquerque, N.M and David R. (Jo Ann) Haugh of Wellsville.
Brenda had a deep interest in her family genealogy. She was
also an avid reader, enjoying books about science fiction, romance and crime
dramas. As a hobby, she enjoyed entering the Publishers Clearing House
Sweepstakes & Contests. She says she never won anything, but it did put her
on the mailing list of a lot of interesting reading.
There will be a time of visitation on Thursday from 10-11
a.m. at the Baker-Swan Funeral Home in Andover. The funeral service will be
held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home immediately following the
visitation with Rev. Calvin Densmore of the Andover First Baptist Church
officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Tabor Cemetery in Sigel, Pa. Online
