Former Alfred University professor arraigned on reckless endangerment, other charges

A former Alfred University Instrumental Music professor was arraigned Thursday on an indictment charging first-degree reckless endangerment, trespass, unlawful fleeing a police officer, speeding, fours counts of failure to stop at a stop sign, reckless driving and driving while ability impaired.
Those charges are filed against 45-year-old Christopher Foster.
