Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and was issued an appearance ticket to
address charges in Groveland Town Court on a later date.

was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd
Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Speeding on January 3. Warren will satisfy charges in Lima Town
Court on a later date.
Jamison D. Taylert, 45,
Brighton, NY, was charged January 3, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a
Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Operating a Motor
Vehicle without Stop Lamps. Taylert was issued an appearance
ticket to reply to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Lamont I. Freeman, 36,
Rochester, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle 2nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and No/Insufficient Tail
Lamps on January 6, and was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges

Yanira N. Colon-Figueroa, 23,

Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, Criminal
Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree, Aggravated Unlicensed Use of a
Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and Operating a Motor Vehicle with
Obstructed Vision. Following LC-CAP
arraignment, Davila was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $1,500 cash
bail. Davila will address charges in
Avon Town Court on a later date.
Lorene E. Burt, 53, Nunda, NY,
was charged January 7, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle
3rd Degree and Moving from Lane Unsafely. Burt will reply to charges in Nunda Village
Court on a later date.
Chad W. Lipson, 39, Geneseo, NY,
was arrested and charged with Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs, Criminal
Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, Unlicensed Operator
and Stopping/Standing/Parking on a Highway on January 6. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Lipson was
remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $250 cash bail. Lipson will address charges in Lima Town
Court on a later date.
Kristen L. Farnum, 46, Livonia,
NY, was arrested January 5, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood
Alcohol Content .08% or Greater. Farnum
will answer charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Brian R. Every, 38, Lakeville,
NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol
Content .08% or Greater and Failure to Keep Right on January 6. Every was released on an appearance ticket to
respond to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Theresa L. Stevens, 35, Endicott,
NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd
Degree and Following Too Close on January 8, and was released on an appearance
ticket to address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Ryan P. Horan, 20, Lakeville,
NY, was arrested January 8, charged with Promoting a Sexual Performance by a
Child and Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Horan was
remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $7,500 cash bail/$15,000
property bond. Horan will reply to
