Allegany County Sheriff's Blotter

Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on January 2, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested James R. Miller, age 32 of Wellsville, on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by the Village of Wellsville Court. Miller was located at his address, processed, and transported to the Village of Wellsville Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $5,000.00 cash or $10,000.00 bond. Miller is to reappear in the Town of Wellsville Court on January 9, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. for additional court action.

Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on January 4, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Krista M. Kitchen, age 32 of Bolivar, on an Allegany County Family Court Warrant. Kitchen was located at her address, processed, and transported to Allegany County Family Court where she was arraigned and released on her own recognizance.

Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on January 2, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Tayler E. Gilbert, age 22 of Clarksville, on an Allegany County Superior Court Warrant.  Gilbert was located at her address, processed, and transported to the Allegany County Jail to be held without bail pending an appearance in Allegany County Court at a later date.
