12/3/18 12:47am- During a traffic stop on Main Settlement Road in the town of Genesee, state police arrested Charles J. Gibney, 29, of Portville. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and BAC above .08%.
12/4/18 5:40pm- Two hours and 40 minutes after investigating a domestic dispute in the town of Centerville, state police arrested Renee M. Horn, 43, of Delevan. She was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing.
12/4/18 6:09pm- State police arrested Antawn Cutchin, 35, of Brooklyn. He was charged with felony identity theft. The alleged crime occurred in the village of Allegany and was reported on June 9, 2017.
