Youth charged with threatening to "shoot up" Pennsylvania school

State police in Mansfield report the arrest of a 13-year-old boy after he threatened to "shoot up" the North Penn Liberty High School in Liberty, PA. The boy also allegedly threatened to kill a 13-year-old girl. The teenager was charged with making terroristic threats.
