Chapman was processed and arraigned in the Town of
Friendship Court where he was remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail
set at $5,000.00 cash or $10,000.00 bond. Chapman is scheduled to reappear in
the Town of Friendship Court on February 5, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. for additional
court action.

Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on
November 26, 2018, following an
investigation at the Allegany County Jail, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office
arrested Justin M. Chapman, age 29 of Clarksville, charging him with two Counts
of Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree.
