Wellsville woman charged in Meth case
Wellsville Police arrested Michelle K. Fauth, age 39 of
Wellsville, charging her with Criminal Possession of Precursors of
Methamphetamine (Class E Felony) and Conspiracy 5th. The charges stem from an incident that took
place on Madison Street in February of 2018.
Fauth was processed and arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village
Justice Walsh. Fauth was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $500.00 cash
bail or $1,000.00 property bond. Fauth
is due back in Wellsville Village Court on May 15th at 4:30 p.m.
