Wellsville Police arrested Jennifer J. Denning, age 42 of
Wellsville, charging her with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more, No/Inadequate
Lights, No/Inadequate Plate Lamp and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. The charges stem from a traffic stop on
Chamberlain Street in the Village.
Denning was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a
third party. Denning is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on May 15, 2018 at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Christopher J. Spiller, age 40 of
Olean, charging him with Criminal Contempt 2nd.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on West State Street
on April 27th. Spiller was processed and
arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village Justice Walsh. Spiller was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on June 5th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Arthur A. Isles Jr, age 23 of
Wellsville, charging him with Petit Larceny.
The charge stems from an incident at Tops in Wellsville. Isles was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Isles is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 8th at 4:30 p.m.
