Following a complaint on May 5th, 2018 on Cuba Lake, Cuba Police arrested Stacie Halgas (46) of Franklinville. Halgas was arrested and charged with criminal trespass 2nd (Misdemeanor). Halgas was processed and released to appear at a later date. Halgas is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
