Wellsville Police on Thursday arrested Nancy C. Silsby, 44
of Wellsville, charging her with Assault 2nd (Class D Felony) and Endangering
the Welfare of a Child. The charges stem
from an incident that took place on Howard Street on March 29th. Silsby was processed and arraigned before
Associate Wellsville Village Justice Walsh.
Silsby was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on April
17th at 4:30 p.m.
