Andover: Judge sends Hollenbeck to prison for ten years

An Andover man, accused of multiple burglaries, has been sentenced to a state prison term of ten years; it runs along a federal sentence for drug crimes. 37-year-old Bradley Hollenbeck, in Allegany Court today, entered guilty plea's to busting into a town of Ward home and stealing a television and gun ammunition and breaking into a home on County Road 18 in Alma and stealing guns...and more, much more. The sentence will run concurrently with federal drug  charges. The sentence was handed down by Allegany County Judge Thomas Brown. According to a press release from the Allegany County District Attorney's Office, the deal covers crimes allegedly committed in Alma, Andover, Alfred, Scio and Ward. The release also stated that restitution has already been paid. ADA Amana Finn prosecuted. Hollenbeck was protected by defense attorney Herbert Greenman.
