April 8 - Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that, with the assistance of the Hornell Police Department, Deputies arrested Paul L. Bastian, age 30 of Wellsville, on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by the Town of Scio Court. Bastian was processed and arraigned in the Town of Friendship Court where he was remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $1,000.00 cash or $2,000.00 bond and scheduled to reappear in the Town of Scio Court on April 26, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. for additional court action.

April 6 - Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that following an incident that occurred at the Allegany County Jail, Deputies arrested Michael McKenzie, age 28 of Rochester charging him with Assault 2nd. McKenzie was processed and transported to the Town of Amity Court where he was arraigned and remanded back to the County Jail with bail set at $1,500.00 cash or $3,000.00 bond. McKenzie is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Amity Court on April 25, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. for additional court action.

April 6 - Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that with the assistance of the Wellsville Police Department, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Dominica R. Howells, age 19 of Wellsville, on an Allegany County Violation of Probation Warrant. Howells was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail without bail. Howells will reappear in Allegany County Court at a later date for additional court action.
