Wellsville Police arrested Kevin D. Harris, age 36 of
Niagara Falls, NY, charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more, Aggravated
DWI w/BAC of .18% or more and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th. The charges stem from a traffic stop on South
Main Street in the Village. Harris was
processed and arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village Judge Walsh. Harris posted $250.00 cash bail and was
released. Harris is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on February 20th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Craig F. Dibble, age 48 of
Wellsville, charging him with AUO 2nd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd) and
Operating out of Ignition Interlock Restriction. The charges stem from a traffic stop on Pine
Street in the Village of Wellsville.
Dibble was issued traffic citations and released. Dibble is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on February 27th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville, charging her with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2rd) and
Inadequate/No Muffler. The charges stem
from a traffic stop on Genesee Parkway in the Village of Wellsville. Cwiklinski was issued traffic citations and
released. Cwiklinski is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on February 27th at 4:30 p.m.
