On February 4th, 2018 at approximately 2:48 a.m. Cuba Police responded to a report of a domestic dispute in the Village. Upon arrival officers arrested Kevin Tyler, 46, of Cuba for criminal mischief 4th degree (misdemeanor). Tyler was processed and released to appear at a later date. Tyler is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
