1/6/18 4:50am- State police arrested Frank Scarpa, 54, of Bolivar, following an incident November 29, 2017 in the village of Belmont. Troopers charged him with 3rd degree menacing and 4th degree criminal mischief. Court action is pending.
1/6/18 7:46pm- After investigating a violent domestic dispute in the town of Burns, state police arrested Gregry D. May, 21, of Burns. He was charged with 2nd degree menacing with a weapon, reckless endangerment and harassment with physical contact. He was jailed but released after posting bail at about 1 p.m. Sunday.
