No jail time for a Belmont man who admitted he operated an ATV while intoxicated. 45-year-old Steven Warner pleaded guilty to felony driving while intoxicated. The man from Feathers Creek Road admitted to Judge Thomas Brown that he drank and drove his ATV on County Road 31 in Friendship on July 15th.  Warner was originally charged with felony counts of DWI and aggravated unlicensed plus lesser counts of no helmet, no plates and refusing a breath test.
