WELLSVILLE — Lisa C. Sweet, 63, of 45 S. Brooklyn Ave., Wellsville, passed away on Saturday (Sept. 30, 2017) at Highland Hospital in Rochester. Arrangements, under the direction of the J. W. Embser Sons Funeral Home Inc. in Wellsville, are incomplete and will be published with a complete obituary later this week.
