(Jamestown, NY) - In response to the current discussion and in preparation for Tom Reed’s upcoming town halls, Democrat Eddie Sundquist released the following statement:
“Making the working families of New York sacrifice their healthcare and other services to pay for tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans is unacceptable. I call on Congressman Tom Reed to join me and pledge to oppose any tax bills that cut federal income taxes on households making over $500,000 per year and corporations with over $100 million in annual revenue. And I challenge New Yorkers and the press to ask him tough questions about tax cuts for the wealthiest among us at his upcoming town halls.”
Congressman Reed’s Town Halls will be on Saturday, October 14th at the following locations:
