Accept the minutes for the Regular Meeting held on May 22,
2017.
VISITORS:
MAYOR’S BUSINESS:
1.
Announce
Public Hearing at this same location on Monday, June 19th at 5:00pm
for the purpose of hearing public comments related to the village community
development needs, specifically needed repairs to the culvert collapse adjacent
to Pearl Street, and the possible submission of an Imminent Threat CDBG grant
application to address that need.
2.
The
Legislator’s Clambake will be held from 1-6 pm on July 28th, 2017 at Island
Park with the price of each ticket @ $40 each made payable to “Allegany County
Board of Legislators” – if interested contact a legislator or the Legislator’s
Office.
3.
The
6th Annual Bokman Car Show is requested to be held Saturday, July 22nd
from 8 am – 3pm via Special Event
Permit Application.
4.
Discussion
regarding Western Regional MEUA Meeting which is being hosted by the Village of
Wellsville with the agenda attached – please let Bill Whitfield know your plans
to attend the scheduled lunch, afternoon events and dinner so that proper reservations
may be made.

Request acceptance and approval of the vouchers as
listed in the Abstract of Vouchers dated June 12th, 2017.
2.
Request acceptance and approval of the Treasurer’s
Report for May 2017.
3.
Request acceptance and approval of Resolution No. 17/18-3
to purchase the Sewer Fund Dump Truck as approved through the 2017-18 Capital
Plan.
4.
Request acceptance and approval of Resolution No.
17/18-4 to enter into a purchase/lease agreement to replace the WPD vehicle as
approved through the 2017-18 Annual Budget.
5.
Discussion regarding reptile permits.

funding through the NYS Water Infrastructure Improvement Act on behalf of the
village.
4.
Request approval of operating permit to allow Balloon
Rally to hold a fireworks display Saturday, July 22, 2017 following the balloon
launch at dusk.

project of which 80% will be reimbursed through federal funds.
