Wellsville: Former Town Clerk Mary "Mitzi" Stout has passed away

Former Wellsville Town Clerk Mary "Mitzi" Stout died this morning in the Niagara Falls area. Stout was a dominant force in the Town of Wellsville government. She was well known for guiding any Town Supervisor along. We'll post the obituary as soon as we receive it.
