Nowak was previously arrested on February 14, 2017 by the State Police after an investigation into the possession and promoting of child pornography.
Nowak was arraigned in the Town of Wayland court and committed back to the Steuben County Jail. Nowak’s bail was increased to $100,000/$200,000.
