recommendation of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond.
Bailey was later arraigned in the Town of Sparta before
Judge Scollon. The Judge did remand Bailey to the custody of the Sheriff on
$25,000 cash or $50,000 secured bond.
UPDATE FROM SHERIFF: Regarding Bailey arrest. There is no connection to Keshequa School (teacher, worker etc) nor did it occur on school grounds. The info just happened to come through our Deputy assigned to the school.
