Amanda S. Wilson, 35, Lakeville, NY, was arrested March 3,
charged with Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child, Promoting an Obscene
Sexual Performance by a Child, Possessing an Obscene Sexual Performance by a
Child and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Following arraignment in Livonia Town Court, Wilson was remanded to the
custody of the Sheriff on $5,000 cash bail/$10,000 property bond. Wilson will return to Livonia Town Court to
address charges on a later date.
Jennifer L. Burch, 42, Geneseo, NY, was charged March 1,
with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and was released
on an appearance ticket to appear in answer to charges in Geneseo Town Court on
a later date.
Steven M. Eddy, 33, Geneseo, NY, was charged with Criminal
Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument on March 1, and was issued an appearance
ticket to respond to charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.
Grant W. Jones, 20, Rochester, NY, was charged with Unlawful
Possession of Marijuana and Speeding on March 3. Jones was released on an appearance ticket to
address charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.
Rosana Roman, 22, Rochester, NY, was charged with Aggravated
Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree and Following Too Closely on
March 4. Roman will answer charges in
Mt. Morris Town Court on a later date.
Thomas C. Davis, 36, Arkport, NY, was arrested March 6,
charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and
Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Following arraignment in Avon Town Court, Davis was remanded to the
Livingston County Jail on $500 cash bail and will return to Avon Town Court to
answer charges on a later date.
Daniel J. Erwin, 28, Waterport, NY, was arrested and charged
with Aggravated Harassment 2nd Degree on March 4, and following arraignment in
Livonia Town Court was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $500 cash
bail/$1,000 property bond. Erwin will
return to Livonia Town Court to answer charges on a later date.
Robert B. Gohlman, 24, Lakeville, NY, was arrested March 9,
as a Fugitive from Justice. Gohlman will
be held in the Livingston County Jail pending extradition to Pennsylvania. He was additionally charged with Aggravated
Unlicensed Operation of Motor Vehicle
2nd Degree and Unlicensed Operation and will answer these charges in Livonia
Town Court on a later date.
Emma J. Gascon, 23, Livonia, NY, was arrested March 9,
charged with Grand Larceny 3rd Degree.
Following arraignment in Livonia Town Court, Gascon was remanded to the
Livingston County Jail on $1,500 cash bail/$3,000 property bond and will return
to Livonia Town Court in response to charges on a later date.
Bobby L. Allen, Jr., 37, Buffalo, NY, was charged with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree, Unlicensed
Operator and Following Too Closely on March 7.
Following arraignment in Avon Town Court, Allen was remanded to the
Livingston County Jail on $500 cash bail.
Allen will return to Avon Town Court to address charges on a later date.
Amie E. Maas, 47, Lima, NY, was charged with Harassment 2nd
Degree on March 8, and will appear in answer to charges in Lima Town Court on a
later date.
Andrew A. Maracle Yencer, 19, Lima, NY, was charged with
Petit Larceny on March 6, and will address charges in Lima Town Court on a
later date.
Evyn A. Zenner, 20, Geneseo, NY, was charged with Petit
Larceny on March 6, and will appear in Lima Town Court to answer charges on a
later date.
