Allegany County: Another scam

From Allegany County Under Sheriff Kevin Monroe: We have been receiving numerous calls from people who are receiving calls from people identifying themselves as the IRS.  The person is speaking in broken English. (Should be clue #1)  Please advise that the IRS will only contact you through written correspondence.
