Wyoming Co. Deputies say man was intox on snowmobile

Ronald Dedominces, 51 of Lakeview, was arrested Feb. 4 at a snowmobile crossing on State Route 39 in the Town of Eagle.  Dedominces was stopped at a crossing for a registration check, and during the check Dedominces was allegedly found to have been drinking.  Dedominces failed standardized field sobriety testing and was taken into custody.  Dedominces’ snowmobile was towed from the scene, and he was then taken to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office for processing.  Dedominces was charged with Snowmobiling While Intoxicated and Snowmobiling With a BAC over .08%, both misdemeanors.  Dedominces was released to a family member and scheduled to appear in the Town of Eagle Court on February 27, 2017 to answer the charges.
