Wellsville Police arrested Andrew J. Vallieres, age 28 of
Wellsville, charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more, No/Inadequate
Lights and Operating/Violation of Restrictions.
The charges stem from a traffic stop on West State Street in the
Village. Vallieres was processed, issued
traffic citations and released to a third party. Vallieres is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on February 14th at 4:30 p.m.
