Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
Wellsville Village Court, arrested Stephanie R. Fonseca, age 23 of Wellsville,
for failure to appear in Court and/or pay fine.
Fonseca was processed and arraigned before Associate Village Judge
Walsh. Fonseca was committed to the
Allegany County Jail for 15 days or until her fine of $261.74 was paid in full.
Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
Wellsville Village Court, arrested Brianna M. Nye, age 33 of Shinglehouse, PA,
for failure to appear in Court and/or pay fine.
Nye was processed and arraigned before Associate Village Judge
Walsh. Nye pled guilty to her charges,
made a payment on her fines and was released.
Nye is due back in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police arrested Brian S. Trowbridge, age 56 of
Wellsville, charging him with Trespass.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on East Hanover Street
in the Village. Trowbridge was processed
and arraigned before Associate Village Judge Walsh. Trowbridge pled guilty to the charged and was
released. Trowbridge is due back in
Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
