State Police child pornography investigation results in arrest of Wayland man

On February 14, 2017, the New York State Police at SP Wayland along with the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC), and the FBI from the Corning Field Office arrested Peter Nowak, 57, of Wayland, New York, for Possessing a Sexual Performance of a Child and Promoting Sexual Performance of a Child. 
Nowak was arrested after an investigation into the possession and promoting of child pornography. 
Nowak was arraigned in the Town of Wayland court and committed to the Steuben County Jail on $10,000/$20,000 bail.
