Randy Shayler will continue for another four years as Mayor in Wellsville. He easily defeated a challenge from Marshall Green. The unofficial vote total was 1,172 for Shayler to 258 for Green. Meanwhile, a retired state police station commander will become the Town of Wellsville Justice. David Gresham defeated retired mayor Susan Goetschius 1,457 to 819. Bradley Thompson was returned as Wellsville Village Justice with 1,301 votes. Ed Fahs and Gary Pearson will retain their seats on the Wellsville Village Board.
