9/3/24 9:15 a.m.- After being called to a disturbance
in Clarksville, state police arrested Dustin J. Skinner, 45, of Friendship. He
was charged with criminal mischief (disabling equipment to prevent an emergency
call to police/fire/EMS). Court action is pending.
9/3/24 10:45 a.m.: State Police arrested James F.
Hopkins, 44, of Hammondsport. He was charged with two felony counts of
promoting a sexual performance by a child under age 17. He was initially
detained.
