5/10/24 10:01 a.m.- State Police arrested Shawn S.
Esis, 30, of Centerville. Esis was charged with the class D felony of criminal
possession of stolen property valued at more than $3,000. Court action is
pending.
5/10/24 2:15 p.m.- State police arrested Matthew A.
Grabbitt, 33, of Olean following an incident in the Town of Wirt. He was
charged with criminal trespass and criminal contempt. He was issued an
appearance ticket for court.
5/10/24 5:35 p.m.- Amity-based troopers arrested
Gregory W. Heath, 51 of Friendship. He was charged with felony assault with intent
to cause injury with a weapon and felony criminal possession of a weapon. No
court status was available.
