Wellsville Police,
acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Todd
A. Howard, age 37 of Scio, charging him with failure to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on April 2nd on a prior AUO 3rd
charge. Howard was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Town Justice Graves. Howard was released and is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on April 16th at 4:30 pm.
Wellsville Police
arrested Amanda N. Allman, age 37 of Wellsville, on a Violation of Probation
Warrant. Allman was processed and
arraigned before Town of Wellsville Justice Graves. Allman was committed to the Allegany County
Jail on $1,000.00 cash bail or $2,000.00 property bond. Allman is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on April 16th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Sabrina E. Thompson, age 24 of Alma, charging her with DWI (Unclassified Misdemeanor), four county of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Class A Misdemeanor), Speed in Zone (Infraction) and Unlicensed Operator (Infraction). The charges stem from a traffic stop on North Main Street. Thompson was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party. Thompson is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on April 16th at 4:30 pm. Additional charges are pending blood test results.
