Wellsville Police arrested Jason M. Goodsell, age 38 of Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing (Class A Misdemeanor) and Harassment 2nd (Violation). The charges stem from an incident that took place on North Main Street. Goodsell was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Goodsell is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on April 16th at 4:30 pm.
Wellsville Police
arrested Jenna R. Holly, age 39 of Wellsville, charging her with Assault 2nd
(Class D Felony) and Harassment 2nd (Violation). The charges stem from an incident that took
place on Maple Avenue on March 16th.
Holly was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice
Thompson, Holly was released on pre-trial supervision through the Allegany
County Probation Department, and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on May
7th at 4:30 pm.
