Wellsville Police
arrested Shariff K. James, age 44 of Olean, charging him with Assault 3rd
and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing.
The charges stem from an incident that took place on Stevens Street on
November 24th. James was
processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. James is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on February 2nd at 4:30 p.m.
