John G. Ryan, 86, of Galeton, PA, died Wednesday, January 6, 2021 in Sena Kean Manor, Smethport. Born December 21, 1934, in Philadelphia, he was the son of Vincent and Amelia Steelman Ryan. He was employed as an engineer by government contractors. John was a member of the Galeton Rotary Club. Surviving is a sister, Mary McGarrigle of Melbourne, FL; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; a brother, Vincent Ryan; and a sister, Amelia Fuhs. Services will be private. Memorials may be made to the Galeton Rotary Club, P.O. Box 73, Galeton, PA 16922.
