Clarence L. “Red” Smith, Jr., 54, of Trapping Brook Road in Wellsville, passed away unexpectedly, Friday, January 1, 2021 at home.
Born on August 15, 1970, in Niagara Falls, he was a son of
Clarence L. and Aletha Irish Smith, Sr.
Clarence attended school in Niagara Falls. He had lived in Florida for several years
where he met his wife, the former Christina K. Harman who survives. They then relocated to the Friendship/Cuba
area.
He had worked for the Redemption Center in Wellsville. He was a huge computer gamer and enjoyed
music and loved attending Live Music events especially those of Channel Six
Band and Southern Influence. He attended
the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Wellsville.
He is survived by his former wife Christina Smith of Cuba; a
son Dennis L. Smith of Pennsylvania; Several nieces, nephews, and extended
family members.
He was predeceased by his parents, a son Richard Kyle Smith
who passed away shortly after birth and a sister Linda Brant.
There will be no services at this time. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later
date and time.
