A Cuba home was heavily damaged by fire this morning. The alert sounded at 2:04 a.m. sending firefighters at 316 North Shore Road. When the first fire chief arrived, he told 911 the home was fully involved with other homes in jeopardy. Additional crews and equipment were called in from Friendship, New Hudson, Clarksville and Rushford. Firefighters remained on scene for several hours. The cause is under investigation.
