On Monday, I listened in the Allegany County Legislature meeting. My story focused on legislator Gary Barnes, (R-Wellsville) and his comments. I grabbed a photo of Gary from online sources. It was a 'file photo' from The Spectator (formerly, in part, the Wellsville Daily Reporter.) 99.9% of the time, I have the clarity to credit where a photo comes from. I didn't in this case. The photo wasn't mine, it belonged to the efforts of The Spectator. I apologize for not providing due credit.
