Wellsville Police arrested Michael R. Goulette, age 27 of
Wellsville, charging him with Assault 3rd, Menacing 3rd and Criminal
Obstruction of breathing or circulation. The charges stem from an incident that
took place on Frederick Court. Goulette was
processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor, with
representation of the Allegany County Public Defender’s Office. Goulette’s
previous bail on other charges was revoked and he was committed to the
Allegany County Jail on $20,000.00 cash bail. Goulette is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on May 19th at 4:30 p.m.
