Wellsville Police arrested Clara J. Hammond, age 53 of
Belfast, charging her with Petit Larceny.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on North Main Street
on March 6th. Hammond was processed,
issued an appearance ticket and released.
Hammond is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 12th at 4:30
p.m.
