Wellsville Police arrested Elaine J. Butler, age 39 of
Wellsville, charging her with Harassment 2nd with physical contact. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on Pleasant Street in the Village. She was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
Butler was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on
November 19th at 4:30 p.m.
