Wellsville Police charged Malik A. Acosta, age 43 of
Wellsville, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd (unclassified misdemeanor)
for driving with a Suspended driver’s license, Unlicensed Operator and
Operating while Registration is Suspended/Revoked. The charges stem from a traffic stop on East
Pearl Street in the Village of Wellsville.
Acosta was issued traffic citations and released. Acosta is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on November 26th at 4:30 p.m.
