Halloween Crackdown Arrests
Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on October 28, 2019, deputies arrested Dale M. Yoder, age 24, of Mount Vernon Road, Amherst, New York, following an investigation into a one car motor vehicle crash on I-86, Corning New York. It is alleged that Mr. Yoder operated a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition, failed to keep right and crashed into a fixed object. Mr. Yoder was charged with fail to keep right, Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, blood alcohol content greater than .18%. Mr. Yoder was released on traffic summons to appear in Corning Town Court at a later date.
On October 31, 2019 deputies arrested Dylan D. Yates, age 24, of Almond New York, following an investigation into a one car motor vehicle crash on County Route 64 in Hartsville, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Yates operated a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition while on County Route 64, leaving the roadway, crashing into a creek bed. Mr. Yates was charged with Driving while Intoxicated and Driving with .08% or more in blood. Mr. Yates was released on traffic summons to appear in Hartsville Town Court on a later date.
Also on October 31st, 2019 deputies arrested Nathan. A Clark, age 34, of Troupsburg, New York, following a report of a one car rollover crash on State Route 36 in the Town of Jasper, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Clark operated a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. Mr. Clark was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with a .08%bac, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd, unregistered motor vehicle and failure to use designated lane. Mr. Clark was released on traffic summons to appear in Jasper Town court on a later Date.
On November 2, 2019, deputies arrested William S. Frawley, age 54, of Hanrahan Road, Addison, New York, following an investigation of a one motorcycle crash occurring in May of 2019. It is alleged that Mr. Frawley’s blood alcohol content was greater than .08% at the time of the crash. Mr. Frawley was charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Mr. Frawley was released on traffic summons to appear in the Town of Thurston Court at a later date.
